Who is really at fault?

The motorcyclist who cut in?

Or the sibling who opened the door?

Or the parents who didn’t install a “child lock”?

Hopefully everyone is safe.

Just want to buy a car or motorcycle later, do a SCRUT first.

If not, later you might end up buying one that has had an accident, one that has problems.

Right?
