How to get a scrut report?

There are still many who don’t know how to get a SCRUT report before buying a used car and recond.

Here are 3 easy ways to make a check.

Before checking, make sure you have this information:

Recond car from UK / Japan

→ Need to have a Chassis No

Second hand car

→ Must have Chassis No OR Plate No

Already have this information, only then we can check it out.

Enter to https://scrut.my

Fill in the Chassis No or Plate No → press SEARCH

Choose the RIGHT type of report and read every info that is displayed all the way to the payment page.

After payment:

SUR, JAR and UK reports will be out in 1–5 minutes while ASUR and TEACH take 24-48 hours .

In case the report does not come out:

Log in to dashboard at https://scrut.my/login and check your reports there.

WhatsApp

Go to https://wa.scrut.my

When WhatsApp opens, there will be a pretext “HI” → press SEND

Choose SEE THE CAR REPORT and choose the right type of report.

Please read the posted ‘disclaimer’ and make sure you understand before proceeding.

Choose a check using No Chassis or No Plate

Enter email and confirm email is correct

and you will receive a link to make payment

After payment:

The report will be sent via WhatsApp.

If you do not receive the report within 24 hours, you can directly consult SCRUT admin for assistance.

Checks can also be done through SCRUT App.

For the review on the app:

– Need to add credit value in Wallet first

– After adding value, insert No Chassis or No Plate

– Continue until payment (use Credit)

Reports will be available in app after payment.
